High Design in the Real World
A discussion panel held on November 6th at 3.30-5.00pm will address the maintenance of Perth’s most innovative buildings.
Held at the QV.1 Theatrette at 250 St George’s Terrace, the aim of these talks is to address the gap between specialised design and daily operation.
One of the biggest problems faced by property managers and developers is the conversion of an excellent Greenstar rating into a comparable NABERS rating on a working building.
With innovative design on the rise in Perth, architects and designers are being pushed to ensure efficiency from the design stage to post-completion.
The discussion will address the use of new technologies and systems and their use in maintaining a high level of efficiency in Perth’s newest commercial buildings.
Aimed at owners, property managers and developers, speakers will include HFM’s own Damien Moran, Aaron Alexander (AECOM), Vince Simpson (IBMS) and Ryan Abbot (Knight Frank). Hosted by the Property Council of Australia, HFM is pleased to be at the forefront of Perth design.
