On Friday the 14th of December, HFM staff came together from all over the country to celebrate the staff Christmas Party in Perth.

Fast-forward to 15 Years later, HFM now has offices in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Ballina; the company keeps growing and has been making a difference in hundreds of buildings across Australia.

HFM Perth’s team were lucky enough to be invited to a ‘nearly’ access all areas visit of the Optus Stadium.

The main topic of this event was “Powering Australia”, and it included an analysis of the energy landscape, the impact of the National Energy Guarantee and the current energy challenges facing the property industry.

The WA’s Property Council of Australia’s annual Women in Property signature lunch was held last Thursday 12th of April at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. – As usual, the event was a success, this time with 540 attendees!

WA’s Multi-Unit Housing Conference took place last Friday the 6th of April 2018, in The Astral Room at Crown, Perth.

Which in turn, allows us to think laterally and approach problem-solving with greater creativity and innovation.

On Tuesday the 20th March, HFM (ably represented by Lia Steeger, Laura Prada, Peter Rice and Darren Wills) attended the FMA Barefoot Bowls event held at the South Perth Bowling Club.

Strata Titles Amendment Bill 2018 and Community Titles Bill 2018 were passed by Parliament on 1 November and 6 November 2018, respectively.

HFM was proud to be the Major Sponsor of the 2017 WA Property Council’s Golf Classic, which was held at Joondalup Resort with over 180 players.

For six years now we have sponsored the hole in one on competition day, with prizes like cash or cars. This year we have gone a bit further, we are now the major sponsor of the 2017 event and have been joined by our friends from Core Vision to raise funds for the Kids’ Cancer Project.
