Ian is a founding director of HFM and its Principal Consultant. With vast experience and technical knowledge gained from running commercial buildings, Ian is a specialist in the “as-built world” and as a result, a high-level energy auditor, water auditor and management consultant, he is often called on for:

Project management of large refurbishments covering soft fit-outs
Mechanical & electrical upgrades
Due diligence and condition reports for commercial buildings and hotels
Ian has been responsible for many industry-changing developments and initiatives over the past 25 years.
Bevan is the General Manager of HFM, he joined the team in 2010, and his previous roles include Group Operations Manager at Broadwater Hospitality and Group Systems Manager at five Accor Perth properties.

General Manager, Technical Services
David is responsible for the management of all technical elements in both project delivery and HFM’s HSEQ processes. David oversees the delivery of projects such as:
Building upgrades and refurbishments
Efficiency improvement programs
Building condition audits
Building maintenance and life-cycle planning
A broad range of energy and environmental reporting
With over 20 years within the Building Services and Facilities Management industry, David has extensive experience through the whole building life cycle from design, construction and operation. He built his experience on a strong working knowledge of a wide variety of facilities.

Lia comes from a background in corporate finance and investment and is the head of our administration and finance departments. In addition, her capacity as Manager of Finance, she is responsible for all financial reporting, invoicing, payroll and superannuation.
