HFM, Finalist in the "Diversity in the Workplace" Category
The Property Council of Australia Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards took place at the International Convention Centre, Sydney, last Friday 5th of May; HFM Asset Management was one of the 141 finalists nominated for an award nationwide.
As this was the first time that the company was nominated for a national award, we are proud and honoured to have been selected as a finalist in the category of Diversity in companies with less than 250 employees.

Whilst operating within these values we strive to promote an environment of continuous improvement, innovation, dedication and the delivery of high quality services. HFM’s leadership team encourages diversity in the workplace not only through day-to-day activities but by incorporating this notion into the company’s long-term strategic decisions.

A teamwork environment
In any team, each member has different strengths and weaknesses. Having a team which is made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds encourages innovation and adds a new dimension to knowledge sharing within our workplace. For that reason we reinforce an environment of teamwork in which there is constant support and communication between our employees, allowing them to complement each other’s talents and overcome each other’s weaknesses.
