New M1 Components

M1 Service Centre

Streamlining guest requests and empowering staff to heighten service levels

The M1 Service Centre further enhances M1 by providing centralised control for requests across all departments. This module is essential for hotel call centres and operators to coordinate and streamline work requests for housekeeping, engineering, concierge and other departments.

The system provides instant access to request status and displays alerts when requests are completed. The M1 Service Centre is integrated with the Opera Property Management System, which can link with guest names and details when relating to requests and guest rooms.

Communications Pack

All staff are now responsible for logging requests through the M1 Communications Park. Requests can be made via room telephones or from PCs, and can be recived and responded through DECT phones, email, pagers, portable radios, PDAs, SMS or on screen. Your workforce is now more mobile and able to respond quicker.

Reporting

Extended reporting including graphical drill down reports are now available, with enhanced information relating to guest requests and updated status reports.
