Utility Audits

By assessing current operational expenditure utilising our “Snapshot benchmark assessment” method, we can provide a detailed cost overview of the facility. This first step will flag out items of excessive expenditure, best practice areas and identify potential cost savings.

  • Conduct a basic walk through energy and water audit to the centre to review the energy and water management practices and plant and equipment management.
    Review the sewerage discharge percentage as issued by the Water Corporation.
  • Carry out a water meter analysis with view to assessing whether the existing main supply meter to the property can be reduced in size to reduce annual rates charges.
  • Produce detailed energy and water consumption benchmarks comparing the relevant centres.
  • Report and recommendations.
