Maintenance One Technology
HFM has partnered with Q2 Solutions to install and maintain the Maintenance One (M1) software package.

Technical Specifications
Maintenance One is available to operate only under a 32-bit Windows environment on IBM compatible hardware.
Maintenance One will operate on a network as either single user or multi user, depending on the license purchased. It will also operate single user on a stand alone PC.

Server System Requirements

Web Server
The Web Request system is written in ASP.NET and requires IIS (Internet Information Services) and the .NET Framework to be installed.
Web Request Clients
Web Request client computers only require Internet Explorer 5.01 or above and a connection to the web server.
