Building Condition Report
HFM will conduct annual or one off detailed building condition reports on behalf of property owners. HFM will conduct a site visit to review the property condition comprising of a visual review of a percentage of the accommodation facilities, car parks, building façade, rooftop levels, electrical switchboards, hydraulic systems / drainage and mechanical services. The inspections are primarily to establish the general state of repair and thus the life expectancy and performance of the relevant buildings, systems and facilities. We interview relevant staff including the building maintenance manager and contractors and photographic records are provided.

- General condition of fittings and fixtures, including
- Flooring
- Walls
- Ceilings
- Windows
- Bedding
- Ventilation
- Bathrooms
- Doors miscellaneous items.
- Plant and equipment condition
- Cleanliness
A scoring system is used to enable benchmarking between properties.
