Step 5- Tracking, Monitoring, Analysis, Reporting (TMAR)

HFM propose to set up our Utility tracking, monitoring analysis and reporting program to ensure energy and water usage is kept in check for the long term. This involves a monthly review and report of energy performance including site consultation.

Our tracking, monitoring, analysis and reporting services provide a snapshot of the month’s utility consumption in a graphical format. This report is delivered to the client summarizing the properties utility performance by identifying if savings have been made or if any anomalies have arisen. This service has a proven track record for saving operational costs by pin pointing best practice items such as energy waste, water leaks, maintenance management issues and procurement anomalies.

Each report is customised to meet the requirements of the individual property and its relevant utility consumption.
