Step 2 - Utility Analysis

HFM propose to produce a detailed “Utility Assessment Report” which will include cost and consumption assessment outcomes based upon the HFM benchmark database.

Our key utility analysis tool is the “Site Utility Audit” which comprises of a site survey and the processing of all available electricity, gas and water billing data in conjunction with any additional sub metering data that may be available.

This data is then processed through our benchmark database tool, producing a building utility report which delivers key benchmark KPI’s, outcomes and a list of efficiency recommendations moving forward.

Reports are written in laypersons terms for easy interpretation.

Scope:

  • Carry out site visit and walk through audit of the property.
  • Carry out full utility profiling covering electricity and water.
  • Profile CO2 emissions resulting from energy use.
  • Conduct limited condition assessment to plant & building services.
  • Provide visual and database results compared to industry averages.
  • Report and recommendations.
