Step 1 - Desktop Utility Analysis

 The Desktop Utility Analysis is designed to give the building owner or manager a quick snapshot view of the property and identify some key performance indicators and set the pathway for the next steps.

The outcomes of Step 1 will identify:


1.    Potential energy and water procurement savings opportunities
2.    Indicative NABERS rating
3.    Indicative Green Building Fund grant eligibility
4.    Identify which additional steps are appropriate based on the building demographic.
