NABERS Assessment 
HFM will rate your base buildings utilising the NABERS Energy Base or Whole building rating, whichever is appropriate based upon site sub metering capabilities.
The tool will provide a star rating from 0 to 5. 0 is very poor and 5 is excellent.
National Australian Built Environment Rating System
NABERS is the industry standard for measuring and benchmarking the environmental performance of existing Australian buildings, incorporating the trusted Australian Building Greenhouse Rating for offices. NABERS provides a suite of tools to rate a range of environmental impact categories of hotel, office and residential buildings, with retail tools under development.
A NABERS Base Building or Whole building rating enables owners to market their credentials as good corporate citizens based on their environmental performance (i.e. Carbon Emissions).
NABERS provides you with a simple indication of how well you are managing the environmental impacts of your premises compared with your peers and neighbours.

NABERS (& ABGR) ACCREDITED ASSESSORS
The NABERS delivers accredited ratings to customers via accredited assessors. These assessors are selected based on qualifications and experience, then trained and tested. They agree to abide by a code of conduct before being accredited.
