I-Docs is HFM's own, customised designed online document storage facility.

I-Docs allows our clients to upload and store their reports, maintenance schedules, plans, contracts, consumption data and more on the web. This web solution is available for all current HFM clients to access all historic reports, as well as a solution for new clients to backup their data.

Email Notification - the system will notify all nominated users of a new document upload.
Multiple Levels of Security - three levels for users - manager, mid-level and low-level. Low level can only download.
Safe and Secure Environment - The website has a secure certificate (SSL) to restrict access.
Triple Redundancy - the server is RAID mirrored, backed-up, as well as off site backup and restore.
