NABERS Hotel Rating System to be launched
HFM Asset Management has been working with the National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) to develop a 5 star energy and water rating system for hotels. The rating system shows how efficient the hotel is in regards to energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
The office rating system has been operating for several years now with buildings rated across the country. HFM Asset Management has four accredited assessors in Ian Knox, Damien Moran, Matt Holmes and Rob Rye.
