Macquarie achieves 5 star rating
Macquarie Office Trust property "45 Francis Street Northbridge" has been awarded a 5 star Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR) - Base Building. This is the first 5 star rating in Perth. Based on Normalised Emissions (kgCO2/m2/pa), 45 Francis Street has the least emissions of any base building in Australia (54kgCO2/m2/pa).
