Macquarie achieves 5 star rating

Macquarie Office Trust property "45 Francis Street Northbridge" has been awarded a 5 star Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR) - Base Building. This is the first 5 star rating in Perth. Based on Normalised Emissions (kgCO₂/m²/pa), 45 Francis Street has the least emissions of any base building in Australia (54kgCO₂/m²/pa).

Base building relates to the energy consumed by the building, less tenant and retail light and power.
