Benchmark Database

The systems have been developed to enable property owners to measure their building operating costs against comparative buildings. HFM has an extensive data base on operating costs for hotels & resorts, health care, aged care facilities, commercial buildings, shopping centres and leisure centres.

POMEC Distribution 2008Conventional Key Performance Indicators are utilised to compare operating costs related to energy and water usage, air conditioning costs, lamp and tube expenditure and maintenance costs.
