Life cycle costing

Our three dimensional life cycle costing and reporting is a risk management tool designed to forecast capital and operational expenditure. This document can be utilised as a costing roadmap for the short, medium and long-term. Efficiency initiatives can also be infused into this document if energy audits have been performed concurrently.
