National Australian Built Environment Rating System

Sustainability and emissions reporting is a mandatory requirement for commercial property owners as legislated by the Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure Act.

Building owners are required to disclose their buildings performance to prospective purchasers and tenants. This disclosure is by way of a BEEC (Building Energy Efficiency certificate) of which the key component is a NABERS base building star rating.

We have seven accredited NABERS assessors on staff and will rate your base buildings utilising the NABERS energy base or whole building rating, whichever is appropriate based upon site sub metering capabilities. The tool will provide a star rating from 0 to 5 (very poor to excellent).

NABERS is the industry standard for measuring and benchmarking the environmental performance of existing Australian buildings, incorporating the trusted Australian Building Greenhouse Rating for offices. Read more at the NABERS website.
