Capability Profile

EXISTING FACILITIES – ONGOING OPERATION

Our utility and operational assessments can identify cost anomalies which lead to bottom line savings. Ongoing utility monitoring and tracking programs keep utility consumption costs in check. Maintenance management systems provide the operational personnel with proven “management tools” to keep the facility operating efficiently for both the short and long term.

NEW FACILITIES – SET UP

We specialize in taking the facility from a construction site to an operating concern. This is a specialized process where our experience can take the guess work out of developing appropriate operational procedures and budgets post warranty period. We have the people, systems and processes to assist your management team in making a seamless transition thus preventing costly mistakes or oversights.

MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT / PROCUREMENT

HFM manages procurement and maintenance contracts for facilities across Australia. We are familiar with regional suppliers and continually update benchmark Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to provide a valuable point of reference for each service or product. Our customers benefit as a result because we can estimate procurement costs, thus assist with operational budgets and forecasts. This service is especially valuable to new properties.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

HFM has extensive experience in project management specifically in hotel refurbishments, office / retail refurbishments, plant and equipment upgrades, feasibility studies. We bring together teams of experienced professionals to deliver sound outcomes and innovative solutions to our customers.

TECHNICAL DUE DILIGENCE

Investors purchasing hotels and commercial buildings often do not review the physical asset properly when purchasing a facility and often inherit significant problems in relation to the condition of the infrastructure, including air conditioning, hydraulic, electrical and fire and safety systems. HFM can provide experienced opinion on the current status of the building and forward forecast potential capital works items that need to be considered before purchasing the building.
