Lia Steeger, Finance Manager

Lia Steeger has been working at HFM for over six years. She began her career as a Data Analyst before being offered a full-time position as a Business Analyst on completion of her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2012.
As the company expanded, she moved to her current position as Finance Manager in 2014.
She has been fortunate to experience the growth of the company as it has doubled in size since her commencement and loves the diverse and friendly employee culture.
Lia loves to travel, and in her spare time she enjoys going to the beach and playing and watching sports.
Laura Prada, Energy Consultant

Laura Prada has been working at HM Asset Management for about four years; she started as a Data Analyst and then became an Energy Consultant, she is also an accredited NABERS assessor.
During her time at the company, she has been involved in a variety of projects, processing and analysing energy, water and statistical data determining key improvement outcomes for clients.
She is originally from Colombia, moved to Australia with her husband in 2011 and became an Australian Citizen in 2016. In Colombia, she completed a Bachelor of Business, International Business Studies in Foreign Trade, Customs, Logistics and Supply Chain as well as a Diploma in Projects Formulation and Evaluation.
Laura has also worked for different Colombian companies as a Marketing Professional, Project Coordinator and Purchasing Coordinator, for a combined time of 5 years. During her spare time, she loves to watch movies with her husband Jorge, gardening and taking her dog Toby for walks.
Andrea Quintero, Data Analyst

Andrea has been working as a Data Analyst at HFM Asset Management since September 2016.
During her time at HFM, she has been involved in reviewing and ensuring best price and condition for the provision of energy and gas services for different buildings/hotels.
She has also been involved in the Marketing planning processes and is currently developing a Marketing Plan for HFM. She is a member of the Diversity Committee of Property Council of Australia.
Andrea is from Colombia where she studied Industrial Engineering.
She has always been interested in languages, business and cultures; which lead her to experience living abroad from a young age; living first in the US for two years while she completed an International Business course, as well as a Business Communication course.
Then in Australia where she has been living since 2013, and successfully obtained a Diploma of Management, a Certificate IV in Marketing and a Diploma in Marketing. In 2015 Andrea and her fiancé Camilo became permanent residents of Australia.
